The Middlesex 7s Festival will again be holding 7s competitions for all levels of rugby, for men, women and students, with the winners of the Open 7s qualifying for the RFU Secure Trading 24/7s Regional Finals.

PLUS: Increased prize money totaling £5000 to be distributed to all winners and runners up.

Warm up at Hendon
As a warm up for the Middlesex 7s, why not enter the 65th Hendon RFC Annual 7s on Sunday 28th April 2019. Winners of this competition will also qualify for the RFU 24/7s Regional Finals.
