The Clark family have been an integral part of Finchley Rugby Club since the 1980’s, initially as senior players, then club captains and hawks and then finally as (vociferous) supporters.

‘Today’s Sponsorship is in loving memory of our mother, who left us in February last year - though, if we’re honest, she’d probably rather be anywhere else than a rugby match! While she never quite embraced the sport, she adored the joy, friendships, and lifelong bonds that Finchley RFC gave her three sons over the past 40 years. So, in her honour (and possibly to make up for all those muddy kits she washed), her estate is proudly sponsoring today’s game. Here’s to camaraderie, competition, and a woman who proved you don’t have to love rugby to love those who play it!’
