Finchley RFC enjoyed a special evening at the club on Tuesday 3rd March, welcoming former England and Harlequins winger Ugo Monye for a unique training session at Summers Lane.

The session brought together Finchley players for an energetic run-out under the posts, with Monye putting the group through their paces while sharing insights from his professional career in both the Premiership and international rugby.

The evening was filmed for a project with Arthrosamid, a company that provides alternative solutions for people suffering from knee osteoarthritis. The treatment is designed as a non-surgical alternative to knee replacement, helping sportspeople remain active and continue participating in the activities they enjoy for longer.
