Finchley RFC is delighted to support a fantastic new initiative at Summers Lane run by Mark Skrypec (club member, colts coach and parent), as The Games Yard brings its multi-activity children’s camps to the club this year.

Running during May half-term (26–29 May) and across the summer holidays (20 July – 21 August), these camps are designed for children aged 5–11 and promise fun-filled days packed with energy, creativity and variety.

What to Expect
Each day is carefully structured to keep children active, engaged and smiling:
Multi-sport activities including tag rugby, football, rounders, dodgeball and racket sports
Fun games like Capture the Flag, obstacle courses, relay races and more
Creative indoor sessions such as arts & crafts, puzzles, and team challenges (perfect for rainy moments)

Age-appropriate groupings to ensure safe, inclusive and enjoyable play
Sessions typically run in 45–60 minute blocks with regular breaks and a relaxed lunch period.

Camp hours: 08:30 – 16:30
Optional late pick-up until 17:15

Hosting the camp at Summers Lane also opens the doors to more local families, helping introduce new children to the club and grow our community.
