The running order for the day will be as follows -
11.00 - 12.15pm Minis presentation (10 minutes per age group)
12-15 – 1.30pm Youth presentation (10minutes per age group)
The presentation will take place on the Main Stand weather permitting.
To help the festivities get off the ground can I ask that teams provide the following –
U7s +U8s +U9s– U10s - sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages other cocktail/party food etc.
U11s +- U12s +U13s + U14`s - crisps, savoury snacks, biscuits etc.
U15s + U16s + U17s - cakes, muffins, cookies, dips etc.
Please hand in all food contributions to the “kitchen” for all the players to share.
