Please note that the Top Pitch will be closed from Thursday 22 May until Sunday 13 July to allow essential end-of-season pitch improvement works to take place.

The planned works include:
• Spreading and levelling approximately 80 tonnes of quality sand/soil mix to improve the playing surface
• Application of weedkiller
• Application of nitrates/fertiliser
• Reseeding works with a focus on thickening grass coverage
• Any additional remedial works required following completion

Works will begin immediately following the Hawks Vets Cup fixture on 22 May.

To give the pitch the best possible chance to recover ahead of next season, we ask all members, players, coaches and visitors to please stay off the Top Pitch for the full duration of the works.
