
Rugby brings us together as a club and a community. It can also give us a place to check in with one another. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to face things alone. A simple “How are you really doing?” can open the door to a conversation.
Support and information
LooseHeadz – mental health help and support has guidance, helplines and resources for the rugby community. LooseHeadz also provides free mental health training and club resources.
Mind – helplines and support offers information and a support line on 0300 102 1234, open Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Mind’s support line is not a crisis service.
If you need someone to talk to at any time, Samaritans are available on 116 123, 24 hours a day. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
