The Valkyries produced their best attacking performance of the season, running in eleven tries in a free-flowing league win over Harpenden / Stockwood cluster. Imogen Langley opened the scoring inside three minutes, and further tries from Sophie Dore Newton, Emily Chan, Tahliyah Nwajiaku, Clara Stemp and Marina Christofides — with two Grace Kinsella conversions — sent the Valkyries in at half-time 34-17 ahead. Harpenden competed well throughout and were never out of the contest, crossing three times in the first half, but the Valkyries pulled clear in the closing quarter of the match with a penalty try and further scores from Tahliyah, Blaisline Mbele, Clara and Marina to close out the match 61-22.
