Matches - 15 minutes each way, 2 Minutes half time.

Please note matches will be on the AGP pitch in front of Grandstand so suitable footwear will be required on the pitch for both coaches and players.
Use of screw-in metal or moulded studded footwear only. No blades, astro trainers or flat soles. Footwear should be clean and in good condition. Footwear that does not comply with World Rugby Regulation 12 and FIFA Law 4 is prohibited.
