
The running order for the day will be as follows -
11.00 - 12.15pm - Mini’s (U7-U12) presentation (10 minutes per age group)
12-15 – 1.30pm - Youth (U13 -U16) presentation (10minutes per age group)
Please stick to the allocated 10 minutes.
The presentation will take place on the Main Stand weather permitting.
To help the festivities get off the ground can I ask that teams provide the following –
U6 + U7s + U8s + U9s + U10s - sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages other cocktail/party food etc.
11s + U12s + U13s + U14`s - crisps, savoury snacks, biscuits etc.
U15s + U16s - cakes, muffins, cookies, dips etc.
Please hand in all food contributions to the “kitchen” for all the players to share.
We need volunteers tomorrow to help in the kitchen from 9.00am.
The Bar will be open with great selection of beer and soft drinks.
Tea, coffee, and snacks will be available from the Kitchen.
We will have stations on the day promoting the FRFC 100 Community Sport Fund,
1925 Club Membership and international ticket(s) raffle.
